The beginning of the journey into the Ogliastra culinary tradition then continues with the burrida, according to the grandmother’s recipe (with race, walnuts, and vinegar), with fish ravioli and ravioli with cuttlefish ink, prepared with fresh pasta.

Una gestione dei rifiuti più giusta, trasparente e, soprattutto, attenta alle tasche dei cittadini. Il Comune di Lanusei lancia le nuove linee guida per il servizio di raccolta differenziata e per il calcolo della TARI, con un obiettivo ambizioso: premiare chi si impegna ogni giorno nel separare correttamente i materiali.

Nessuno stravolgimento nelle abitudini quotidiane: i giorni di raccolta e le modalità di conferimento resteranno quelli già conosciuti e consolidati. La vera rivoluzione avverrà nel metodo di calcolo della tariffa. Il nuovo sistema sarà sempre più legato alla produzione reale di rifiuti indifferenziati: in poche parole, la tassa non sarà più solo basata su parametri standard, ma terrà conto di quanto effettivamente si riduce il “secco”.

L’Amministrazione ha delineato i vantaggi concreti di questa transizione:

Il passaggio al nuovo sistema sarà semplice e graduale. Nei prossimi giorni, il Comune pubblicherà approfondimenti dettagliati per rispondere a ogni dubbio dei residenti.
