The beginning of the journey into the Ogliastra culinary tradition then continues with the burrida, according to the grandmother’s recipe (with race, walnuts, and vinegar), with fish ravioli and ravioli with cuttlefish ink, prepared with fresh pasta.

Un’aula consiliare gremita di entusiasmo e speranza ha fatto da cornice, questa mattina, all’insediamento ufficiale del Consiglio Comunale dei Ragazzi a Lanusei. Non si è trattato di una semplice formalità, ma di un atto di cittadinanza attiva che restituisce alle nuove generazioni il diritto di immaginare, discutere e migliorare il proprio territorio.

Il momento clou della mattinata è stata l’elezione del nuovo Sindaco dei Ragazzi. Tra i nove candidati che si sono messi in gioco con programmi e idee, il Consiglio — composto da 26 giovani consiglieri — ha scelto Lorenzo Pistis.

A Lorenzo, che guiderà l’assemblea, sono giunti i complimenti dell’intera comunità e dell’Amministrazione comunale senior. La sfida che lo attende è importante: rappresentare con equilibrio, responsabilità e un pizzico di audacia i sogni e le necessità dei suoi coetanei.

Oltre alla figura del sindaco, l’attenzione è rivolta a tutti i componenti del nuovo Consiglio. Per questi ragazzi e ragazze inizia un percorso formativo unico: imparare le regole del confronto, l’arte della mediazione e il valore della decisione collettiva. “Partecipare, discutere e decidere insieme è il primo vero esercizio di democrazia”, è stato sottolineato durante la cerimonia.

L’Amministrazione di Lanusei ha confermato che non si tratterà di un organismo isolato. Le proposte che nasceranno tra i banchi del Consiglio dei Ragazzi saranno seguite con attenzione e orgoglio, pronte per essere trasformate in progetti concreti.
