Oysters, mussels, shrimps, scampi, and clams from local fishing boats are served on an ice plateau to preserve their taste and freshness. The beginning of the journey into the Ogliastra culinary tradition then continues with the burrida, according to the grandmother’s recipe (with race, walnuts, and vinegar), with fish ravioli and ravioli with cuttlefish ink, prepared with fresh pasta.

The fregula, with local clams and bottarga, is the “sovereign” of the first fish dishes from Basaùra. Those who have never tasted it, have the opportunity here to taste a version that combines high-quality raw materials and a preparation anchored to tradition.

And after just one lunch, a last look at the sea and a thought about what you tasted: it is easy to go from “Welcome to Ogliastra” to a sure “We will meet again very soon”.

Una coppia proveniente da Milano ha scelto Oliena e la Barbagia come luogo in cui rallentare, respirare e riscoprire il valore del tempo condiviso. Lui, operatore turistico, abituato a progettare esperienze per gli altri; lei, insegnante, capace di osservare il mondo con sensibilità e attenzione. Insieme hanno individuato nella Sardegna il loro rifugio dell’anima, senza sapere che quel viaggio avrebbe cambiato per sempre il loro futuro.

La proposta di matrimonio è stata affidata all’organizzazione della Cooperativa Coo.Corrasi, che ha accompagnato la coppia lungo un’escursione nella valle di Lanaitho, uno dei luoghi più suggestivi e ricchi di storia della Barbagia. Il percorso si snoda tra boschi secolari e antiche carrarecce, tracciate nel tempo da carbonai, pastori e figure leggendarie del territorio.

Immersi nel silenzio solenne della montagna, dove il tempo sembra sospeso, il momento tanto atteso ha preso forma. Su una roccia di calcare, modellata da millenni di vento e di pioggia, è arrivata la proposta: un gesto semplice e potente, in un luogo dove la natura e la storia si incontrano.

Per qualche istante non esistono più sentieri né panorami, ma solo due persone e una promessa. Gli operatori della Coo.Corrasi hanno avuto il privilegio di essere testimoni discreti di un momento intimo e autentico, trasformando un’escursione in un ricordo destinato a durare per tutta la vita.
