We recommend that you start your experience in this restaurant with a raw plate. Oysters, mussels, shrimps, scampi, and clams from local fishing boats are served on an ice plateau to preserve their taste and freshness. The beginning of the journey into the Ogliastra culinary tradition then continues with the burrida, according to the grandmother’s recipe (with race, walnuts, and vinegar), with fish ravioli and ravioli with cuttlefish ink, prepared with fresh pasta.

The fregula, with local clams and bottarga, is the “sovereign” of the first fish dishes from Basaùra. Those who have never tasted it, have the opportunity here to taste a version that combines high-quality raw materials and a preparation anchored to tradition.

Il mese di dicembre porta a Lanusei un ricco calendario di appuntamenti dedicati alle famiglie, alla musica e alla magia delle festività. Un programma costruito grazie alla collaborazione della Pro Loco Lanusei, della Scuola Civica di Musica, del CCN Le Falere e del Comitato Rione Corosa, con l’obiettivo di coinvolgere l’intera comunità e valorizzare i diversi angoli della città.

A partire dall’8 dicembre, con l’accensione del Villaggio di Babbo Natale in Piazza Vittorio Emanuele, prenderà il via una serie di iniziative che accompagneranno Lanusei per tutto il mese: cinema igloo, laboratori creativi, spettacoli itineranti e attività dedicate ai più piccoli animeranno i fine settimana nelle principali piazze.

Non mancheranno gli appuntamenti musicali: il 23 dicembre, in Piazza del Fico, è atteso il concerto Tumbarinos in Dub, mentre il 28 dicembre la Sala Consiliare ospiterà la rassegna La Musica che gira in tondo, pensata per le famiglie con bambini da 0 a 6 anni.

Spazio anche alla solidarietà e all’intrattenimento con la Caccia al Tesoro di beneficenza del 27 dicembre in Piazza Milano e il Maxi Tombolone Magico del 30 dicembre in Piazza Vittorio Emanuele. Tra gli eventi più suggestivi, la serata del 21 dicembre ospiterà la parata degli artisti e dei trampolieri di White Stars, seguita da uno spettacolo di acrobatica aerea.

A rendere l’atmosfera ancora più coinvolgente sarà la nevicata artificiale realizzata dal CCN Le Falere, che in alcune giornate di dicembre trasformerà il centro cittadino in un vero scenario fiabesco.
