Un’insolita urgenza odontoiatrica: tentano il colpo nello studio dentistico ma finiscono in manette

Quando i carabinieri li trovano i due si difendono dicendo che avrebbero avuto bisogno del dentista per un mal di denti.

Maldestro tentativo di effrazione che, stando alle bizzarre giustificazioni fornite dai protagonisti, sembrerebbe muoversi sul confine sottile tra la cronaca giudiziaria e il surrealismo; un episodio che ha visto due uomini finire in manette dopo aver preso di mira uno studio dentistico cittadino, convinti forse che il favore delle tenebre potesse mascherare un’operazione tanto rumorosa quanto vana. L’allarme è scattato quando alcuni residenti del palazzo, svegliati dai rumori sospetti provenienti dall’ingresso dell’attività professionale, hanno prontamente allertato il 112, permettendo così ai carabinieri di giungere sul posto con estrema tempestività e di bloccare la coppia proprio mentre cercava di forzare l’accesso danneggiando la porta della struttura.

Una volta condotti davanti al giudice del Tribunale di Sassari per il rito della direttissima, i due hanno dovuto rispondere delle proprie azioni, ma è stata la linea difensiva scelta da uno dei fermati a lasciare attonita l’aula: l’uomo avrebbe infatti tentato di giustificare l’uscita notturna e il conseguente danneggiamento dichiarando candidamente di aver agito spinto da un dolore lancinante ai denti, quasi a voler suggerire che la tentata effrazione fosse un estremo, seppur illegale, tentativo di automedicazione d’urgenza.

La singolare spiegazione non ha però convinto il magistrato, il quale, dopo aver analizzato la dinamica dei fatti e sottolineato che uno dei complici era già sottoposto alla misura dell’obbligo di dimora notturna, ha convalidato l’arresto per entrambi i soggetti; la vicenda si è conclusa con la disposizione di una nuova misura cautelare che obbliga i due a non allontanarsi dal comune di residenza, lasciando alle cronache il ricordo di un colpo fallito nato, a detta dei protagonisti, da un’improvvisa e indomabile necessità di cure odontoiatriche.
