Un dono che pesa più di qualunque pacco sotto l’albero. Quest’anno l’Amministrazione comunale di Lanusei consegna alla città un risultato atteso da tempo: l’approvazione definitiva del Piano Urbanistico Comunale (PUC), uno strumento fondamentale per lo sviluppo e la programmazione del territorio.

Si tratta dell’esito di un lavoro lungo e complesso, costruito passo dopo passo attraverso studio, confronto e rispetto rigoroso delle norme. Un percorso che ha richiesto tempo, pazienza e senso di responsabilità, portato avanti in uno spazio di manovra limitato, tra vincoli legislativi e passaggi istituzionali stringenti, ma con un obiettivo ben definito: dare a Lanusei certezze sul proprio futuro.
