We recommend that you start your experience in this restaurant with a raw plate. Oysters, mussels, shrimps, scampi, and clams from local fishing boats are served on an ice plateau to preserve their taste and freshness. The beginning of the journey into the Ogliastra culinary tradition then continues with the burrida, according to the grandmother’s recipe (with race, walnuts, and vinegar), with fish ravioli and ravioli with cuttlefish ink, prepared with fresh pasta.

The fregula, with local clams and bottarga, is the “sovereign” of the first fish dishes from Basaùra. Those who have never tasted it, have the opportunity here to taste a version that combines high-quality raw materials and a preparation anchored to tradition.

Oggi, domenica 16 novembre 2025, il Coro San Giuseppe di Tortolì ha vissuto la sua tradizionale uscita annuale in maniera particolarmente significativa, partecipando al Giubileo 2025 presso la Cattedrale di Cagliari, dedicata a Santa Cecilia, patrona della musica.

Accompagnati spiritualmente dal parroco Don Battista, i membri del coro hanno preso parte alla Santa Messa e ricevuto la Santa Eucarestia, celebrando una giornata di preghiera, canti e comunione. L’iniziativa ha offerto l’occasione di riflettere sulla Misericordia di Dio e di vivere momenti di gioia condivisa, arricchiti dalla convivialità tra i partecipanti.

Il Coro San Giuseppe ringrazia il Signore per questa esperienza di grazia e tutti coloro che hanno accompagnato l’evento con la loro preghiera, con l’augurio di tornare il prossimo anno “con gioia nel cuore e canto sulle labbra”.
