We recommend that you start your experience in this restaurant with a raw plate. Oysters, mussels, shrimps, scampi, and clams from local fishing boats are served on an ice plateau to preserve their taste and freshness. The beginning of the journey into the Ogliastra culinary tradition then continues with the burrida, according to the grandmother’s recipe (with race, walnuts, and vinegar), with fish ravioli and ravioli with cuttlefish ink, prepared with fresh pasta.

La Sardegna sta cambiando clima in modo sempre più evidente. Lo conferma il rapporto 2025 del Dipartimento Meteoclimatico di ARPA Sardegna, che parla di temperature in aumento, piogge irregolari e livello del mare in crescita.

Nel 2025 le temperature sono state più alte della media: +1,3 gradi per le massime e +0,8 per le minime. Giugno è stato il mese più caldo, con oltre 4 gradi in più rispetto al normale. Aumentano anche i giorni sopra i 30 gradi, soprattutto nelle zone interne, e le notti calde lungo le coste, dove la temperatura non scende sotto i 20 gradi.

Le piogge non sono diminuite in totale, ma sono distribuite male: periodi di forti piogge si alternano a momenti di siccità. A gennaio, in pochi giorni, sono caduti oltre 300 millimetri di pioggia in alcune zone, con rischio alluvioni.

Non mancano i fenomeni estremi: temperature fino a 43 gradi in estate, trombe marine, come quella al Poetto di Cagliari, e grandinate molto intense.

La neve è sempre più rara e limitata alle zone più alte. Intanto il livello del mare continua a salire: +8 centimetri negli ultimi 25 anni, con effetti sulle coste.

In sintesi, il clima dell’isola è sempre più caldo e instabile, con caratteristiche che ricordano quelle delle zone tropicali.
