We recommend that you start your experience in this restaurant with a raw plate. Oysters, mussels, shrimps, scampi, and clams from local fishing boats are served on an ice plateau to preserve their taste and freshness. The beginning of the journey into the Ogliastra culinary tradition then continues with the burrida, according to the grandmother’s recipe (with race, walnuts, and vinegar), with fish ravioli and ravioli with cuttlefish ink, prepared with fresh pasta.

The fregula, with local clams and bottarga, is the “sovereign” of the first fish dishes from Basaùra. Those who have never tasted it, have the opportunity here to taste a version that combines high-quality raw materials and a preparation anchored to tradition.

Dopo tre giorni di assedio sotto i colpi del ciclone Harry, l’Ogliastra tira un sospiro di sollievo. Con il declassamento dell’allerta meteo e il progressivo miglioramento delle condizioni climatiche, i principali centri del territorio hanno annunciato il rientro alla normalità per la giornata di domani, giovedì 22 gennaio.

Jerzu – Il dato più impressionante arriva da Jerzu, dove in soli quattro giorni sono caduti ben 332 mm di pioggia. Una quantità d’acqua che in passato avrebbe messo in ginocchio il centro abitato. L’Amministrazione ha però sottolineato come gli interventi strutturali e di mitigazione del rischio idraulico realizzati negli ultimi anni abbiano retto perfettamente, evitando allagamenti storici e accumuli di detriti nel centro urbano.

Le squadre di operai, Barracelli e volontari hanno lavorato senza sosta per: liberare le strade rurali da alberi e frane, monitorare il reticolo idraulico H24 attraverso il COC (Centro Operativo Comunale), pulire preventivamente canali e griglie di scolo.

Anche a Baunei e Tortolì la fase critica è ufficialmente conclusa. Da domani riapriranno scuole di ogni ordine e grado (previa verifica dei plessi già effettuata a Baunei), cimiteri, impianti sportivi e biblioteche, uffici comunali e servizi al cittadino.

A Lanusei, l’amministrazione conferma il miglioramento ma rinnova l’invito alla massima prudenza negli spostamenti, specialmente nelle zone extraurbane e rurali, dove il terreno potrebbe essere ancora instabile a causa della saturazione idrica.

Tutti i Sindaci del territorio hanno espresso profonda gratitudine verso la “macchina della sicurezza”. Un ringraziamento speciale è stato rivolto alla Prefettura di Nuoro, alla Protezione Civile Regionale, alla Polizia Locale, alle Compagnie Barracellari e alle Forze dell’Ordine (Carabinieri e Forestale) che hanno garantito il presidio costante del territorio.

Sebbene il peggio sia passato, la sfida si sposta ora sul piano economico. Molti comuni hanno già avviato la ricognizione dei danni per richiedere i fondi necessari al ripristino delle infrastrutture colpite, in particolare le strade rurali e le aree interessate da piccoli smottamenti.
