Buone notizie per residenti e visitatori di Santa Maria Navarrese: è ufficialmente aperta al pubblico una nuova area parcheggio situata in posizione centrale, con accesso diretto da via Quilici. Il Comune di Baunei ha annunciato l’apertura dell’area, realizzata per rispondere alla crescente necessità di spazi per la sosta, soprattutto durante i mesi estivi.

Il parcheggio è frutto di una cessione legata alla recente approvazione della lottizzazione nella zona F “Pedras” e, seppur in fase provvisoria, è stato immediatamente reso operativo per garantire un utilizzo tempestivo. La sua posizione strategica — a pochi passi dai principali punti di interesse della località costiera — lo rende una soluzione ideale sia per i turisti che per i cittadini.

Si tratta di un intervento concreto per migliorare la mobilità urbana e facilitare l’accoglienza, in una località che ogni anno attira migliaia di visitatori. Il Comune fa sapere che sono previsti ulteriori aggiornamenti nei prossimi mesi, finalizzati a completare e valorizzare ulteriormente l’area.
