The raw sea and land, which has always been the cornerstone of the bistro’s appetizers, are declined each time in new forms starting from a raw material of indisputable quality. Like tuna, the protagonist of strawberry tuna tartare with honey and lemon sour cream.

Definitely “foodporn” the beef tartare carbonara. The most famous Italian dish in the world becomes “garnish” of a beaten Sardinian beef in purity: egg yolk cream, crispy bacon chips, and pecorino waffle. A sprinkling of black pepper and the taste buds are ready to explode.

Su proposta dell’assessore degli Enti locali, finanze e urbanistica, Francesco Spanedda, l’Esecutivo ha deliberato lo scioglimento del Consiglio comunale di Cagliari e nominato il commissario straordinario dopo le dimissioni rassegnate dalla carica di sindaco del signor Paolo Truzzu, presentate il 28 marzo scorso.

Luisanna Marras, già assessora comunale e vice sindaca al Comune di Cagliari, guiderà l’Amministrazione sino alle prossime elezioni amministrative in programma l’8 e 9 giugno e nell’eventuale turno di ballottaggio, domenica 23 e lunedì 24 giugno.

La presidente, Alessandra Todde, firmerà il decreto di nomina con un proprio atto.
