Prosegue il potenziamento degli organici sanitari dell’ASL 3 di Nuoro. Nella seduta di delibere del 23 dicembre, il Commissario Straordinario Angelo Zuccarelli ha firmato una serie di provvedimenti che prevedono l’assunzione di nuovi medici e farmacisti, destinati sia all’Ospedale San Francesco sia ai servizi territoriali.

Nel dettaglio, con la deliberazione n. 882, l’ASL di Nuoro ha disposto l’assunzione a tempo indeterminato di tre dirigenti medici specialisti in Gastroenterologia. Un rafforzamento strategico che punta a migliorare la qualità delle prestazioni e a ridurre le liste d’attesa, uno dei nodi più critici della sanità pubblica.

A questi si aggiunge, con la deliberazione n. 883 attualmente in pubblicazione, l’assunzione a tempo determinato di un dirigente medico di Medicina Interna. Il professionista ha accettato la sede dell’Ospedale San Francesco a seguito dello scorrimento di una graduatoria ARES Sardegna, utilizzabile per incarichi a tempo determinato in diverse discipline mediche.

Buone notizie arrivano anche dal fronte dell’assistenza farmaceutica. La Farmacia Ospedaliera del San Francesco potrà ora contare su due dirigenti farmaciste, come stabilito dalla deliberazione n. 881 del 23 dicembre 2025. Contestualmente, nella stessa seduta, è stata deliberata l’assunzione a tempo determinato e parziale (32 ore settimanali) di una farmacista destinata alla Farmacia Territoriale, a ulteriore supporto dei servizi sul territorio.

«Il potenziamento degli organici, in particolare nell’area sanitaria, è sempre stato un obiettivo prioritario – ha sottolineato il Commissario Straordinario Angelo Zuccarelli – per garantire una migliore presa in carico dei pazienti e ridurre le liste d’attesa». Zuccarelli evidenzia inoltre come queste assunzioni rappresentino un segnale importante in un contesto nazionale segnato dalla difficoltà nel reperire medici: «La nostra azienda continua a essere attrattiva per giovani specializzandi e neo-specialisti, a conferma della reputazione costruita negli anni».

Un rafforzamento che guarda anche all’integrazione tra ospedale e territorio. «Parliamo di azienda nel suo complesso – conclude Zuccarelli – perché con queste nuove risorse riaffermiamo l’impegno a costruire sinergie sempre più strette tra ospedali e servizi territoriali, favorendo percorsi di crescita professionale e collaborazione tra le diverse realtà sanitarie».
