Cuore della festa è stata Piazza Yenne, dove si è concentrata la maggior parte del pubblico. La serata è stata condotta dal duo teatrale Lucido Sottile, che ha accompagnato il pubblico con interventi ironici e momenti di intrattenimento.

Ad aprire il programma è stata LUVI, giovane artista cagliaritana, seguita da Mimì, vincitrice di X Factor 2024. A mezzanotte il countdown è stato guidato da Giusy Ferreri, che ha fatto cantare la piazza con i suoi brani più noti. Dopo il brindisi di inizio anno, Myss Keta ha animato Piazza Yenne con un live energico, trasformando la piazza in una grande pista da ballo. Oggi proseguono i festeggiamenti con Riccardo Mannai Band alle 15 in Bastione Santa Croce e con un Live Jazz by Jazzino in Piazza San Giacomo alle ore 16.30.
