Ma la festa di Zia Maddalena ha radici profonde che portano fino a Teulada, suo paese d’origine. Proprio per onorare questo legame indissolubile, nei giorni scorsi la centenaria ha ricevuto la visita speciale di Angelo Milia, sindaco di Teulada, che ha voluto omaggiare la sua concittadina con l’affetto della comunità dove è nata e cresciuta, portando un simbolico ponte di auguri tra i due comuni.

Il rinfresco che è seguito alla parte ufficiale è stato un tuffo nel passato. Tra un brindisi e l’altro, sono riemersi aneddoti di una Sardegna d’altri tempi e racconti di una vita vissuta con dedizione.
